I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena, Germany, in the Department of Labor and Industrial Sociology. My research focuses on labor relations, vocational training, and institutional transformation, with extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative social research. My work focuses on translating academic research into practical insights that inform labor market policies and strengthen industrial relations and improve the working lives of those who need it most.
